  • Review vendor proposals for compliance with Design and Scope of Work
  • Help you evaluate and recommend which contractor to hire
  • Payment request inspections.
  • Periodic quality control inspections.
  • Final inspection and punch list.
  • Help you find a temporary place to live during construction.
