The Sanctuary
Located in Indialantic, The Sanctuary was established in 1984. This 250 home gated community is located on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. Traveling through this neighborhood you will find many mature oak trees and winding sidewalks. The residents of this neighborhood have access to a community swimming pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse.
