School’s Out!

School’s Out! The only slow time of the year for real estate…

In East Central Florida school’s out for the summer. With graduations attended by all generations of families and friends this is typically the slowest time of the year for real estate activity. And what comes right after graduation season? You guessed it  –  summer family vacation season.

But the slower activity only lasts for two or three weeks then it’s back to a buying frenzy for families who want to relocate in time for school to start in early August.

So if you’re planning to sell and you live in a coveted school district this is your time to move at warp speed to get ready including fresh paint inside and out, fresh landscaping and mulch. With Memorial Day this weekend look for sales on a suite of all new stainless steel appliances.

And if you need a Realtor professional to help pull it all together give me a call!

  1. ” Wonderful blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally confused Any ideas? Thanks! ” bosch shp65t55uc 500 24

    1. I would recommend WordPress as its been a very good change for my business. My first website cost me $9K and it was proprietary so I had to pay them to make any changes. The open format for WordPress allows you to train and become very good at whatever suits you and the cost is minimal. You can host it on Go Daddy then look into SEO on Good luck and thank you for posting on my blog! Youre welcome back any time!

  2. I don’t even know how I ended up here, but I thought this post
was great. I don’t know who you are but definitely you are going to a famous
blogger if you are not already 😉 Cheers!
